Our Standard Cleaning is one of the most comprehensive cleaning services in the industry.

Common Areas: dust all surfaces, clean picture frames and mirrors, wipe windowsills, dust reachable light fixtures and ceiling fans, vacuum/clean furniture and floors.

Kitchen: outside of cabinet doors; clean sink, stovetop, counter tops and backsplash area; outside of appliances (oven, fridge, and dishwasher); in/outside of microwave; vacuum and wash floor; and dust reachable light fixtures.

Bedrooms: dust all surfaces, clean picture frames and mirrors, wipe windowsills, dust reachable light fixtures and ceiling fans, vacuum/clean furniture and floors.

Bedrooms: clean floors, shower enclosures, tub and tile, sinks, mirrors, toilets, polish faucets, and dust reachable light fixtures.

The cost of our services depends on the type of cleaning service you require, the size of your home, and the frequency of cleaning.  Please request a quote online, and we'll get back to you within 1 business day.

Yes, we want you to be completely satisfied with our cleaning services. If, for any reason, you're not happy with our work, please let us know within 24 hours, and we'll make it right.

Yes, we offer discounts for customers who schedule recurring cleaning services. We're currently offering 20% off weekly, 15% off bi-weekly, and 10% of monthly cleaning.

Yes, all of our cleaners undergo a thorough background check before they're hired. We only hire trustworthy and reliable professionals to ensure the safety of our customers and their homes.

Yes, all of our cleaners are fully insured for your protection and peace of mind.

If you have a particular product that you would like for us to use, just leave it out; otherwise, we do the rest. 

Please let us know what pets you have! If your 4-legged family member is friendly, that's usually okay. But if your pet is nervous or shy, they will typically be more comfortable in a safe and secure area. It is also helpful to be present during the first few visits until your pets get to know us.

It’s easy! If you're a new customer, simply request a quote, call us at (404) 769-8313, or email us at sales@thespotlesshomes.com. Often, we can provide a quote by email or phone, but in some cases, we prefer to set up an appointment for an in-home estimate. Our existing customers may schedule new appointments and/or services through their Client Hub.

No problem.  You can call, email, or use your Client Hub to view or change your appointments.  We ask that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance so that we can efficiently schedule resources.  There is a cancellation fee of $45 for changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment time.
